Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow ITOM solutions.
• Configure and support Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, CMDB, and MID Server.
• Develop custom applications, workflows, integrations, and automation using ServiceNow best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize platform performance.
Required Skills:
• 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Robust expertise in ITOM (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, CMDB).
• Hands-on experience with JavaScript, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, and MID Server.
• Positive understanding of ITSM processes and ServiceNow platform architecture.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
