Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and skilled Graphic Designer to join our Real Estate Marketing team. The candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality digital and print marketing creatives, social media posts, property advertisements, brochures, banners, hoardings, flyers, presentations and branding materials for real estate projects.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW and Canva, with a positive understanding of real estate marketing, social media design, typography, layouts, branding and visual communication.

Key Responsibilities

- Design creative and engaging real estate marketing creatives for residential and commercial projects.
- Create social media posts, Instagram creatives, Facebook ads, stories, reels covers and digital campaigns.
- Design marketing materials including brochures, flyers, leaflets, standees, banners, hoardings and newspaper advertisements.
- Create property/project promotional creatives highlighting project features, amenities, offers, locations and USPs.
- Develop creative designs for lead generation campaigns and digital marketing advertisements.
- Design creatives for Meta Ads, Google Ads and other digital marketing platforms.
- Work closely with the Marketing, Sales and CRM teams to understand campaign requirements.
- Develop creative concepts based on real estate projects, target audiences and campaign objectives.
- Maintain consistency in brand guidelines, fonts, colors, layouts and visual identity.
- Edit and retouch property photographs, project images and marketing visuals.
- Create property floor-plan presentations,



location maps and project information graphics.
- Design sales presentations, pitch decks and project presentations.
- Resize and adapt creatives for different digital and print formats.
- Coordinate with printers, vendors and external agencies for print production when required.
- Manage multiple design projects and deliver creatives within deadlines.
- Maintain organized files and editable source files for all marketing campaigns.
- Stay updated with current graphic design, social media and real estate marketing trends.

Candidate Profile




- 2–5 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in Real Estate, Property, Construction, Digital Marketing or Advertising.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating social media creatives, branding, digital advertisements and print designs.
- Excellent knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator and Canva.
- Good understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing creatives.
- Creative mindset with strong visual and design sense.
- Ability to understand marketing briefs and convert them into effective designs.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
