Hiring Graduate Freshers – Field Sales

Job role: Merchant Engagement & EMI Specialist

Job Type: Field Sales | Merchant Engagement | EMI

Location: Bangalore, Hyderabad

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month (Fixed)

Job Responsibilities:

- Visit assigned retail outlets daily, including Electronics, Mobile & Appliance stores.

- Drive and increase EMI transactions on existing Pine Labs payment terminals.

- Guide walk-in customers about EMI financing options, offers and low-cost EMI schemes.

- Explain EMI benefits and available offers to customers and help them complete transactions.

- Train and support store staff on the usage and advantages of Pine Labs payment machines.

- Build and maintain good relationships with retail merchants and store teams.





- Achieve assigned daily and monthly sales/transaction targets.

- Maintain regular updates and reports on store visits and EMI transactions.

Requirements

Education: Graduate

Passing Year: 2023–2026

Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Candidates should not have an existing PF & ESI account.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Confident and comfortable with field sales.

Local language fluency is mandatory/preferred.

Willingness to travel within assigned local retail markets.
