About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketer – Google & Meta Ads Specialist to manage, optimize, and scale paid advertising campaigns across Google and Meta.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience managing significant ad budgets, analyzing campaign performance, improving ROAS/CPA, and making data-driven decisions to drive profitable customer acquisition.

This is a hands-on role for someone who understands performance marketing beyond campaign setup and can independently identify opportunities, troubleshoot performance issues, and execute optimization strategies.

Key Responsibilities

1. Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
2. Manage campaigns across Google Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display, YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram.
3. Develop and execute strategies to improve ROAS, CPA, conversion rate, and overall profitability.
4. Analyze campaign, audience, keyword, search-term, placement, creative, and conversion data to identify growth opportunities.
5. Conduct regular search-term and negative-keyword analysis for Google campaigns.
6. Develop audience, retargeting, prospecting, and funnel strategies across Meta and Google.
7. Continuously test different creatives, audiences, offers, landing pages, and campaign structures.
8. Monitor campaign performance and proactively identify issues affecting delivery, conversion tracking, or profitability.
9. Work closely with creative, content, and development teams to improve ad creatives and landing-page performance.
10. Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify new opportunities.
11. Ensure accurate conversion tracking and attribution across advertising platforms.
12. Prepare regular performance reports with clear insights, actions, and recommendations.

Manage budgets efficiently and scale campaigns based on performance and profitability.
14. Stay updated with Google and Meta advertising policies, platform changes, and industry best practices.

Required Skills & Experience:
1. 4–5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing.
2. Strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
3. Proven experience managing and optimizing paid advertising budgets.
4. Strong understanding of CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPM, CVR, AOV, LTV, and conversion funnels.
5. Experience with Google Merchant Center, Shopping Ads, and Performance Max.
6. Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager, campaign structures, audiences, retargeting, and creative testing.
7. Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
9. Ability to interpret data and turn insights into actionable campaign strategies.
10. Experience working with e-commerce, lead generation, or DTC brands.
11. Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
1. Experience scaling campaigns from the testing stage to profitable growth.
2. Experience managing high-spend advertising accounts.
3. Experience with e-commerce product feeds and Merchant Center optimization.
4. Understanding of landing-page CRO and funnel optimization.
5. Experience with Looker Studio or other performance reporting tools.
6. Basic understanding of TikTok Ads is a plus.
