KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Analyse marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimize effectiveness.
Strategic Planning
Develop and implement business development strategies and plans to achieve company’s goals and drive revenue growth.
Set sales targets and growth objectives.
Collaborate with other departments to align business development efforts with overall company objectives.




Sales and Business Development
Develop targeted lead generation campaigns for all services and products to bring in new clients.
Manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions.
Use CRM tools to manage client interactions, sales data, and automate email follow-ups.
Pursue current business opportunities in domestic and international markets, ensuring a robust sales pipeline.
Product and Service development
Providing feedback to the product development team based on client needs and market trends.
Assisting in the development and launch of new products and services.
Research competitors and ensure that Stedaxis services and products are competitive and well-positioned.
Copywriting and content creation
Write compelling content for digital marketing campaigns, including email newsletters, social media posts, and website blogs.
