KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Identify and develop recent business opportunities through targeted prospecting, account mapping, and evaluation of potential BFSI clients

• Drive consultative sales conversations and deliver solution pitches and presentations to senior-level stakeholders across banks, NBFCs, financial institutions, and corporates

• Own the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation and opportunity identification to commercial closure and successful delivery of solutions





• Achieve assigned revenue and sales targets by maintaining a solid and qualified sales pipeline

• Develop a deep understanding of assigned accounts, identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling, and build robust client relationships to drive repeat and incremental business

• Conduct regular account mapping to identify key decision-makers, influencers, business requirements, and potential opportunities within allocated accounts

• Organize and participate in industry events, roundtables, and theme-based BFSI engagements as part of the customer acquisition and relationship-building strategy

• Maintain accurate and timely reporting of sales activities while ensuring adherence to the company’s compliance framework

KEY REQUIREMENTS
• MBA/PGDM in Finance, Marketing, or a related discipline

• 7+ years of relevant post-MBA experience in B2B/business development, enterprise sales, strategic account management, or corporate client relationship management
