About the Role

We are looking for a skilled MongoDB Developer with solid experience in designing, optimizing, and implementing document-based data solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in MongoDB data modeling, query optimization, performance tuning, and integrating MongoDB with .NET/C# applications. This role involves building scalable, secure, and high-performance data systems to support enterprise-grade applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design productive, scalable, and versatile MongoDB schemas using best practices for normalization and denormalization.

• Implement CRUD operations, including advanced querying, filtering, sorting, pagination, and bulk operations.

• Build and optimize indexes, analyze query performance, and interpret execution plans for performance tuning.

• Develop data access layers and integrations using MongoDB .NET/C# drivers.

• Implement upserts, replacements, aggregation pipelines, and data transformation workflows.

• Work with MongoDB Atlas, including replication, sharding configurations, and deployment tuning.





• Manage data lifecycle strategies: hot/warm/cold storage tiers, TTL indexes, and archival mechanisms.

• Implement backup/restore routines, monitoring, and alerting using Atlas or Ops Manager.

• Work with change streams for real-time event-driven data pipelines.

• Ensure security best practices including authentication, authorization, auditing, and compliance.

• Collaborate with backend teams to build scalable APIs and microservices leveraging MongoDB.

• Utilize full-text search, Lucene, or vector search for enhanced query capabilities.
