Designation: Vice President - CRM Test Automation Lead

- Define and implement comprehensive testing strategies and frameworks to ensure software quality and reliability
- Develop detailed test plans, test cases, and acceptance criteria aligned with business and technology requirements
- Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using industry-standard tools and frameworks
- Lead end-to-end testing including functional, regression, integration, and system testing
- Lead testing initiatives across CRM platforms, including Siebel and Salesforce

Desired Profile

- Robust experience in QA / Test Automation, with proven expertise in designing and implementing automation frameworks in enterprise environments




- Hands-on experience with automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium, Cucumber (BDD), and Provar
- Solid domain expertise in CRM platforms, particularly Siebel and Salesforce (Service Cloud)
- Proven experience in CRM transformation and migration programs
- Deep understanding of end-to-end testing lifecycle, including functional, regression, integration, and UAT support
