- Lead and scale an India-based engineering organization focused on algorithmic and electronic trading technology.
- Establish a strong technology and engineering foundation to support evolving regional and global business requirements.
- Own end-to-end delivery for algorithmic trading platforms, including new capabilities, enhancements, modernization, and production stability.
- Oversee the complete technology lifecycle for major initiatives, including architecture, technical design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
