Accenture is hiring experienced Global Talent Acquisition professionals to join its Talent Acquisition team in Airoli, Navi Mumbai.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in end-to-end recruitment, US recruitment, stakeholder management, and talent acquisition operations, with the ability to manage hiring requirements across multiple roles and levels.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from sourcing to offer closure.
- Partner with hiring managers and business stakeholders to understand hiring requirements.
- Source and attract candidates through multiple channels including job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases.
- Screen candidates and conduct initial assessments based on role requirements.
- Manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely closure of open positions.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain regular communication with candidates and stakeholders.
- Handle offer discussions, negotiations, and joining formalities.
- Maintain recruitment metrics, trackers, and documentation.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle.
- Work effectively in a US-shift environment and support global hiring requirements.

Compensation
- CL 8: Up to ₹20.5 LPA
- CL 9: Up to ₹14.5 LPA

- Candidates should be comfortable working from office in Airoli, Navi Mumbai.
- Candidates with 9–15 years of relevant Talent Acquisition/Recruitment experience are preferred.
- Maximum notice period: 60 days.
