? Lead end-to-end recruitment for professional, management, and executive positions across global markets.
? Build creative sourcing strategies and proactively engage passive talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, direct sourcing and market mapping.
? Partner closely with senior hiring managers and business leaders, providing talent-market insights and recruitment advice.
? Build strong and diverse talent pipelines for both current and future business needs.
? Influence the candidate experience and contribute to strengthening our employer brand.
? Use recruitment data and market intelligence to continuously improve hiring outcomes and sourcing strategies.
? Collaborate with a global Talent Acquisition community and work across international markets.
? We’d love to hear from you if you have:
✔️ 8+ years of Talent Acquisition / Recruitment experience, preferably in an international environment.
✔️ Strong expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search and direct sourcing.
✔️ A proven track record of successfully identifying and hiring passive talent.
✔️ Experience recruiting across Engineering, Manufacturing, Automotive, Industrial or Corporate functions.
✔️ Confidence in partnering with and influencing senior stakeholders.
✔️ Excellent English communication skills.
✔️ A proactive, curious and resilient mindset — with a genuine passion for connecting the right
