Hiring For Leading MNCDesignation Vice President - Legal Documentation & OTC Derivatives

- Manage and mentor a team of legal/documentation professionals, including work allocation, training, and overall team coordination.
- Draft, review, negotiate, and execute a range of financial market agreements and amendments.
- Review constitutional and organizational documents of counterparties to assess legal capacity and authority for entering financial transactions.
- Analyze external legal opinions and identify issues requiring escalation or approval from Legal, Risk, or Compliance stakeholders.
- Act as a key point of contact for agreement lifecycle management, including coordination of execution processes and maintenance of documentation records.

Desired Profile

- Law graduate with 8-11 years of relevant experience in derivatives, financing, capital markets, or legal documentation functions.




- Strong expertise in negotiating and managing documentation related to OTC derivatives, ISDA agreements.
- Prior experience within investment banking, financial services, global capability centers, or reputed law firms handling financial products documentation.
- Proven ability to review and analyze constitutional documents, legal opinions, and documentation deviations from a risk and compliance perspective.
- Robust understanding of financial markets, derivatives products, and associated legal/regulatory considerations.
