We are currently seeking an experienced qualified to join our team in the role of Head of Portfolio & Accountability Management, Group Functions Tech & Chief AI Office Tech.

taking ownership and accountability for all operational aspects to ensure a seamless running of the GCIO business to exceptionally high standards. Aligned to the overall HSBC business structure, focused on continuous improvement and simplification to support GCIO to a consistent high quality, GCIO COO acts as a key enabler to the firm’s ambition to ‘be the most trusted bank globally, putting customers at the heart of everything we do’.Within GCIO COO, this role supports the Group Functions Technology (GFT) & Chief AI Office Technology (CAIO) function as Head of Portfolio & Accountability Management.

About the Portfolio & Accountability Management (PAM) Pillar

PAM is responsible for leading an effective portfolio governance, oversight and reporting capability for the GFT & CAIO portfolio, whilst driving accountability to ensure that the GCIO book of work is executed on time and to the highest of quality.
