Stipend: Rs. 40,000 - 45,000 pre month CTC

ABOUT THE ROLE
Shishya Jigyasa Academy, part of the Sri Krishna Education Trust, is looking for an organised, personable qualified to own the front-line admissions experience, parent relations, and day-to-day campus administration at the Academy. This is an individual-contributor role reporting to the Principal, working closely with the other functions to ensure a smooth, well-documented, and parent-friendly admissions cycle alongside productive campus operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Admissions Enquiry & Counselling: Serve as the first point of contact for admission enquiries — walk-ins, calls,



and online leads — providing accurate information on programmes, fees, and eligibility.
• Counsel prospective parents/students on curriculum, fee structure, and process; conduct campus tours and coordinate meetings with academic heads/Principal where required.
• Maintain and update the admissions enquiry tracker/CRM, following up on leads through to conversion and closure within agreed timelines.
• Admissions Processing & Documentation: Manage end-to-end admission formalities — application forms, document verification, eligibility checks, seat allotment, and fee collection coordination.
