Role Description The Pre Sales Engineer is a full time, hybrid role based in Bengaluru, with flexibility for partial work from home. This role involves working closely with prospective and existing customers to understand their energy management needs, configure ETA+ solutions, and support pre-sales technical evaluations,
site surveys and demonstrations. The Pre Sales Engineer collaborates with the sales team to prepare proposals, technical documentation, and presentations, while ensuring that solution designs meet customer requirements and industry standards.
Qualifications
Sales Engineering and Technical Support skills: Ability to conduct site survey and prepare commercial proposal independently.
Design custom offerings and conduct demos
Sales and Customer Service skills to manage pre- and post-sales engagements, build long-term customer relationships, and support
