Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and grow our transformer insulation business. The role combines solid commercial leadership with a solid understanding of transformer insulation products and applications , including pressboard, insulation paper, and related components. The Sales Manager will define sales strategy, manage key customer relationships, and guide the sales team to drive sustainable growth in the transformer industry.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales Leadership & Strategy
Develop and execute the sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets
Set sales objectives, budgets, and forecasts

Team Management
