Nirvana Grand Hotel & Resort, Bodh Gaya is looking for a professional, courteous, and guest-focused Front Office Executive to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
- Ensure timely check-out of departing guests and coordinate pending formalities.
- Prepare the arrival sheet before the check-in date, allocate rooms, and inform Housekeeping for room readiness.
- Maintain proper reception call logs and follow up on key calls and requests.
- Assign and coordinate guest-related tasks with Housekeeping, Maintenance, F&B;, and other departments.
- Follow up with guests and concerned departments until guest complaints or requests are resolved.
- Greet every guest warmly with a smile and maintain a welcoming atmosphere at the front desk.
- Communicate with guests politely, professionally, and courteously at all times.
- Keep track of arrivals, departures, room status, and pending guest requirements.
- Ensure smooth coordination between the Front Office and other operational departments.

- Previous experience in hotel Front Office operations is preferred.
