Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and creative individual to manage basic HR coordination, social media activities, and employee engagement initiatives. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, creating content, and organizing fun workplace activities.

Key Responsibilities

HR & Recruitment

- Assist with candidate sourcing and recruitment.
- Post job openings and screen applications.
- Coordinate interviews and candidate follow-ups.
- Maintain basic HR and recruitment records.
- Assist with employee onboarding and documentation.

Employee Engagement & Events
- Organize simple employee games and engagement activities.
- Plan small celebrations for birthdays, festivals, achievements, and special occasions.
- Coordinate team-building activities and informal events.
- Suggest recent ideas to improve employee engagement.
- Coordinate basic arrangements, communication, and participation for internal events.
- Prepare simple event-related content for social media when appropriate.

Social Media
- Manage company social media accounts.
- Create and schedule approximately 8–12 posts per month.
- Write captions and basic promotional content.
- Create simple creatives using Canva.
- Create basic stories/reels from workplace activities and events.




- Monitor comments and messages.
- Track basic engagement and provide a monthly update.

Ideal Candidate
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative and comfortable interacting with employees.
- Basic understanding of HR and recruitment.
- Knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Basic Canva/content-creation skills.
- Good organizational and coordination skills.
- Ability to independently plan and execute small activities.

Compensation

₹6,000 per month

This is a part-time freelance role with responsibilities covering HR coordination, social media, and employee engagement. Major events, extensive recruitment requirements, or work outside the agreed scope can be discussed separately.
