About the Role
DIAMETRIC BUILDS PVT LTD is looking for a creative and skilled 3D Architectural Designer with an Architecture background and strong knowledge of architectural design and 3D development.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in 3ds Max and a good understanding of Rhino 3D. The candidate will be responsible for developing architectural concepts, 3D models, visualizations, and presentations based on project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop 3D architectural models and designs based on architectural concepts and project requirements.
- Create detailed and realistic 3D visualizations and presentations.
- Work on architectural interiors, exteriors, facades, and spatial designs.
- Convert architectural concepts and drawings into accurate 3D models.
- Prepare design options and 3D concepts for client presentations.
- Make design modifications based on client and project requirements.
- Coordinate with architects, designers, and project teams.
- Ensure accuracy and quality of 3D models and design presentations.
- Develop creative and practical design solutions.
- Maintain proper project files, drawings, models, and design documentation.
- Assist the design team in developing concepts from initial ideas to final visualization.
Required Software SkillsMust Have
- 3ds Max – Strong working knowledge
- Strong understanding of 3D modelling and architectural visualization
- Good knowledge of architectural design principles.
Preferred / Added Advantage
- Rhino 3D – Good knowledge will be highly preferred
- Knowledge of rendering and visualization software.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Knowledge of V-Ray / Corona Renderer will be an added advantage.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Degree/Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Strong architectural design sense and creativity.
- Positive understanding of proportions, materials, textures, lighting, and space planning.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to understand architectural drawings and convert them into 3D models.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple design requirements and meet deadlines.
- A strong 3D design portfolio will be preferred.
Candidate Profile We are looking for a person who:
- Comes from an Architecture background.
- Has strong knowledge of design and 3D development.
- Is highly comfortable working on 3ds Max.
- Has good knowledge of Rhino 3D; strong Rhino skills will be an added advantage.
- Has a creative approach toward architectural design and visualization.
- Can develop high-quality 3D models and presentations.
- Is willing to learn and work closely with the design team.
Compensation Salary: ₹25,000 per month
