Founder’s Associate (Growth)

Huzzle helps companies hire talent quickly and compliantly from anywhere in the world. We’re growing quick and looking for a Founder’s Associate who wants to build, experiment, and take ownership.

The role

- Your first priority will be organic growth . You’ll help us reach more companies by developing channels such as SEO and GEO content, LinkedIn, partnerships, referrals, affiliates, and influencer collaborations.
- This is a hands-on role. You’ll find opportunities, decide what’s worth testing, launch ideas, and learn from the results. Some things will start small; the goal is to turn the ones that work into reliable growth channels.
- As you shape the growth function, your work will broaden. You may run paid campaigns, build landing pages, put together sales rooms or decks, or jump into another pressing project. We’re looking for someone who enjoys that range.

There are no formal background requirements . Experience at a fast-growing startup is a plus, as is having run marketing campaigns, worked on SEO or GEO content, built partnerships, or grown an audience. What matters most is how you think, work, and learn.
