Location: Bengaluru | Type: Full-time | Work Model: Hybrid / WFH option | Reporting: Directly to the Founder THE ROLE

Help build the next phase of DogNation. You’ll work closely with the Founder to turn priorities into measurable execution across growth, CRM, revenue operations, expansion, partnerships, marketing, L&D; and business systems. This is a high-ownership operator role — not a coordinator role.

WHAT YOU’LL OWN

Strategic Execution & Founder’s Office: Turn Founder priorities into transparent projects, owners, timelines and outcomes; drive cross-functional initiatives and special projects through to closure.

Growth, CRM & Lead-to-Revenue: Strengthen Zoho CRM and lead management. Work with the Call Centre and Centre Managers to improve follow-up, conversion visibility and revenue outcomes.

Marketing & Brand Execution: Coordinate with marketing agencies and interns; ensure key channels such as Instagram, Meta and LinkedIn are maintained, current and executed to plan; track calendars, campaigns and deliverables.

Expansion, Partnerships & Activations: Drive new-centre launch workstreams and partnerships. Own corporate/workspace, society and community activations from planning through on-ground execution, including liaison with agencies for ATL and BTL activities.

People, L&D; & Business Systems: Drive HRMS adoption; support hiring and first-round screening; coordinate with content creators, canine coaches and agencies for L&D; content filming, editing, learning-portal deployment and assessments; improve processes and automation.

WHAT THIS ROLE IS REALLY ABOUT

You don’t need to be the expert in every domain. You need to understand the objective, ask the right questions, bring the right people together, remove blockers and keep pushing until the outcome is delivered.

THE PERSON WE’RE LOOKING FOR A sharp generalist with an operator’s mindset — someone comfortable moving between strategy, systems, people and execution.

WHAT YOU BRING





Approximately 2–5 years of experience in a startup, corporate, consulting, operations, strategy, program management or similarly execution-heavy environment. Strong structured thinking and the ability to turn ambiguous problems into practical plans. Excellent stakeholder management and follow-through across teams, vendors and senior leaders.

Comfort with numbers, commercial metrics, CRM workflows and operating dashboards. Confidence with technology, AI tools and systems such as Zoho CRM, HRMS and learning platforms; able to learn quickly, adapt and turn new learning into practical implementation.

NICE TO HAVE

Founder’s Office, Business Operations, Strategy & Operations, Growth, Partnerships or cross-functional program experience. Exposure to hiring, L&D;, process improvement, automation or new-location launches. An MBA or strong relevant qualification. Genuine affinity for dogs and enthusiasm for building a dog-first business.

A TYPICAL WEEK MIGHT INCLUDE

Review lead flow, follow-up, conversion and revenue with the Call Centre and Centre Managers; identify and fix leaks. Take a strategic Founder priority from idea to plan, owners, decisions and execution. Move a centre launch, corporate activation or partner initiative from plan to delivery.

Coordinate with marketing agencies and interns to keep campaigns, social channels and activation deliverables on track. Drive HRMS/L&D; adoption, coordinate content production and assessments, or improve a business process or automation.
