Role Description This full-time, on-site role for Foreign Languages Trainers (German/Spanish/Japanese/Hindi) is based at Ramachandra College of Engineering in Eluru. The trainer will design and deliver engaging language classes for students, focusing on listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, as well as cultural competence. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, conducting classroom sessions, assessing student progress, and providing constructive feedback.





The trainer will collaborate with faculty to integrate language learning into broader academic and professional development goals, organize language-related activities, and maintain accurate records of student performance.

Qualifications

- Solid proficiency in one or more of the languages above
- Prior experience teaching or training (preferably college students or young professionals)
- Certifications such as DELE (Spanish), JLPT (Japanese), Goethe/TestDaF (German), or equivalent are an advantage
- Ability to deliver engaging, practical sessions that build speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills
- Interest in helping students improve their employability.
- Candidates should possess effective Lesson Planning and Education skills to design structured, outcome-focused language courses.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Literature and cultural aspects related to the target language to enrich classroom learning.
- Ability to use modern teaching tools, including digital platforms and audio-visual resources, to support interactive learning.
- Strong organizational skills, learner-centric approach, and commitment to ethical and inclusive teaching practices.
