Position: Foreclosure Litigation

Experience: 4–8 Years

Location: Bangalore

Work Mode: Permanent WFH

Salary: Up to 8 LPA

Notice Period: Immediate – 30 Days

Shift: US night Shift

Interview: Virtual Mode

Key Responsibilities

- Manage foreclosure litigation cases throughout the foreclosure lifecycle
- Review pleadings, motions, affidavits, judgments, and court-related documents.
- Coordinate with foreclosure attorneys, law firms, and external vendors.
- Monitor litigation timelines, court deadlines, and SLAs.
- Identify, investigate, and escalate legal, operational, and compliance risks.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, investor, and client requirements.




- Review legal referrals and provide direction to outside counsel
- Track case status, milestones, and outcomes in case management systems.
- Support contested foreclosure matters, mediations, and related legal proceedings

.• Prepare litigation reports, metrics, and management updates.
