Key Responsibilities

- Teaching & Instruction: Deliver engaging lectures and practical hands-on training sessions in F&B; service, restaurant operations, bar service, and table etiquette according to the academic curriculum.
- Student Assessment: Conduct regular practical and theoretical assessments, grade assignments, and provide constructive feedback to improve student performance.
- Mentorship: Guide students through their academic and professional development, preparing them for careers in the hospitality industry.
- Practical Lab Management: Maintain cleanliness,



safety standards, and proper inventory of all training restaurant equipment, cutlery, and glassware.
- Industry Alignment: Keep up-to-date with modern restaurant trends, point-of-sale (POS) systems, and guest service standards to impart relevant knowledge.

Eligibility & Qualifications

- Educational Background: A Bachelors degree in Hotel Management (BHM) or a closely related hospitality field.
- Experience: Prior teaching experience in an academic setting or hands-on professional industry exposure working in F&B; service roles within hotels or restaurants.
- Skills: Excellent communication, solid interpersonal abilities, and a passion for mentoring young hospitality professionals
