WE’RE HIRING | F&B; MANAGER

We are looking for an experienced and agile F&B; Manager to join the team of a prestigious upcoming luxury hotel in Hyderabad and lead its Food & Beverage operations with a strong focus on service excellence, guest experience, team leadership, and business performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of all F&B; outlets, including restaurants, bars, banquets, room service, and other dining experiences.
- Ensure consistently high standards of food quality, service, presentation, hygiene, and overall guest experience.
- Lead, train, mentor, and motivate the F&B; team to deliver exceptional service.
- Develop and implement SOPs to enhance operational efficiency and maintain consistent service standards.
- Monitor F&B; revenue, costs, inventory, wastage, and overall profitability.
- Drive initiatives to increase F&B; sales, average spend, and outlet performance.
- Plan and execute special events, banquets, private dining experiences, and F&B; promotions.
- Coordinate closely with the Kitchen, Housekeeping, Front Office, Sales & Marketing, and Finance teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Handle guest feedback, service recovery, and escalated guest concerns with professionalism.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, licensing, and hotel operating standards.
- Prepare and analyse operational reports, budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics.
- Stay updated on evolving F&B; trends,



guest preferences, menu concepts, service standards, and hospitality practices.

What We’re Looking For

- 5+ years of relevant experience in Food & Beverage operations, preferably within a premium/luxury hotel or high-end hospitality environment.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant, banquet, and overall hotel F&B; operations.
- Proven experience in team management, cost control, revenue generation, and operational planning.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Strong understanding of guest experience and luxury service standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple operations simultaneously.
- A proactive, solution-oriented approach with strong attention to detail.
- Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related field preferred.
