Financial Analyst and Planner

Key Responsibilities

- Analyse financial statements, business performance, and market trends.
- Prepare budgets, financial forecasts, and financial models.
- Monitor actual results against budgets and explain variances.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Support financial planning and analysis (FP&A;) activities.
- Analyse revenue, expenses, profitability, cash flow, and key financial metrics.
- Conduct cost-benefit and investment analysis.
- Assist in business planning and strategic decision-making.
- Develop and maintain financial dashboards and management reports.
- Work with different departments to collect and validate financial information.
- Identify financial risks, trends, and opportunities for cost optimization.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data.




- Present financial findings and recommendations to management.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration
- Strong knowledge of accounting and financial principles.
- Valuable analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Familiarity with financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work with large amounts of financial data.
