About the Role

We are looking for a Chartered Accountant to lead financial control, reporting, compliance, and accounting operations while ensuring strong financial governance and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

1-Oversee accounting, month-end closing, reconciliations, and financial reporting.

2-Prepare and review MIS, budgets, cash-flow forecasts, and variance analysis.

3-Ensure timely GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.

4-Strengthen internal financial controls, processes, and SOPs.

5-Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and external stakeholders.

6-Monitor cash flow, receivables, payables, and working capital.





7-Identify financial risks and implement corrective controls.

8-Provide financial insights and decision support to management.

9-Lead and review the finance teams day-to-day activities.

Requirements

1-CA qualification is mandatory.

2-2-4 years of relevant experience in finance, controllership, accounting, or audit.

3-Robust knowledge of accounting, taxation, compliance, and financial reporting.

4-Excellent Excel and analytical skills.

5-Strong ownership, attention to detail, and communication skills.

6-Experience in a growing/startup or advisory environment is preferred.
