We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Field Sales & Marketing Executive to expand our corporate client network in Gurgaon.

Job Responsibilities :

- Visit corporate companies, offices, and potential business clients on a regular basis.
- Identify companies with requirements for corporate travel, flight bookings, hotels, airport transfers and tour packages.
- Meet HR, Admin, Procurement, Travel Desk and other relevant decision-makers.
- Introduce and explain BookUrTicket.com's travel services and corporate solutions.
- Generate new B2B leads through direct field visits, networking and references.




- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the internal sales/operations team for quotations and bookings.
- Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into business.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients.
- Maintain daily records of client visits, leads, follow-ups and conversions.
- Achieve monthly sales and business-development targets.
- Provide regular market feedback regarding competitor pricing, customer requirements and opportunities.

Who We're Looking For

- MBA fresher, preferably in Marketing/Sales, can apply.
- Graduates with relevant field sales/B2B sales experience can also apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident personality with the ability to approach and communicate with corporate decision-makers.
- Comfortable travelling within Gurgaon/Gurugram for client meetings.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Good negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Candidates interested in building a career in B2B Sales, Corporate Travel and Business Development are preferred.

Compensation ₹25,000 – ₹35,000/month + Performance-Based Incentives
