We are looking for a Field Sales & Marketing Executive for our Tiles business who can actively visit construction sites, meet contractors, builders, architects, interior designers and dealers, promote our tile products, generate new leads and convert them into sales.

The ideal candidate should be confident in field work, good at communication and follow-up, and willing to travel locally for customer meetings and site visits.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit construction sites regularly and identify potential customers.
- Meet builders, contractors, architects, interior designers, tile dealers and project owners.
- Promote and explain our tile products, designs, quality and pricing.
- Generate new sales leads through field visits and online research.
- Search online for new construction projects, builders, contractors and potential buyers.
- Collect and maintain lead data from Google, websites, social media and other online sources.
- Make calls and WhatsApp follow-ups with potential customers.
- Schedule customer meetings and product presentations.
- Understand customer/project requirements and suggest suitable tile products.
- Share quotations, product details, catalogues and samples with customers.
- Regularly follow up with leads until the enquiry is converted into a sale.
- Maintain complete records of leads, enquiries, follow-ups and sales.
- Coordinate with the internal sales team for quotations, orders and deliveries.
- Achieve monthly sales and lead-generation targets.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers.

Required Skills
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Strong follow-up and sales skills.
- Comfortable with field visits and travelling.




- Basic knowledge of Google Search, Google Maps and online lead generation.
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp Business.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Ability to identify potential construction projects and customers.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Gujarati and Hindi communication required.
- Basic English communication is an advantage.

Preferred Experience Candidates with experience in Tiles, Building Materials, Sanitaryware, Marble, Granite, Construction Materials, Interior Products or Real Estate Sales will be preferred.

Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in field sales may also apply.

Online Lead Research → Lead Generation → Calling → Site Visit → Customer Meeting → Product Presentation → Follow-up → Quotation → Sales Conversion
