Apna Electrician is a Pune-based electrical services and contracting company working on electrical maintenance, commercial electrical installation and project execution.
We are expanding our commercial and industrial project business and are looking for a strong Field Sales Executive who can develop new client relationships and bring project opportunities to the company.
Your Responsibilities
- Visit commercial areas, construction sites, offices, factories and project locations.
- Find businesses and projects requiring electrical installation or contracting work.
- Meet architects, interior designers, contractors, builders and project managers.
- Develop relationships with electrical product dealers, distributors and industry contacts.
- Identify upcoming construction and renovation projects.
- Generate leads through field networking, references and direct prospecting.
- Arrange meetings and site visits.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the technical team.
- Follow up on estimates and quotations.
- Maintain regular communication with prospects.
- Convert qualified opportunities into electrical projects.
- Maintain daily activity and lead information in CRM.
- Build a long-term network of commercial and industrial clients in Pune.

Candidates who have worked with electrical companies, switchgear/cable/lighting/panel manufacturers or distributors will be considered.
What We Expect
- 2–5 years of field/B2B sales experience.
- Strong communication and relationship-building ability.
- Willingness to spend significant time in the field.
- Ability to identify prospects without depending entirely on inbound leads.
- Ability to speak confidently with business owners, architects, contractors and project managers.
- Basic understanding of electrical/construction projects is preferred.
- Two-wheeler and driving licence preferred.
- Good follow-up discipline.
- Comfortable working with monthly sales targets.
Significant This is a field sales position, not a desk-based telecalling role.
The candidate should be comfortable travelling throughout Pune and actively developing a network of commercial and industrial prospects.
Candidates with proven experience in electrical, construction, MEP, interior or building-material sales are preferred.
Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
