Role & responsibilities

- Visit potential B2B customers and companies on a daily basis.
- Identify and develop new customers in Ahmedabad and assigned territories.
- Generate recent enquiries through direct field visits, references and cold prospecting.
- Meet business owners, purchase managers, sales heads and other decision-makers.
- Introduce and explain company products to prospective customers.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products.
- Prepare quotations and follow up regularly until order closure.
- Convert enquiries and leads into confirmed purchase orders.
- Develop new dealers, distributors and business accounts.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Generate repeat business from existing customers.
- Achieve monthly sales and customer-acquisition targets.
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms within company-approved guidelines.
- Follow up on outstanding payments when required.
- Collect information about competitors, pricing and market requirements.
- Maintain proper records of customer visits, enquiries, quotations and follow-ups.
- Submit daily/weekly field-sales reports.




- Coordinate with production, accounts and dispatch teams for smooth order execution.

Preferred candidate profile We are looking for candidates with minimum 3 years of proven FIELD SALES experience in relevant industries.

Candidates currently working or previously employed with Exide, Amaron or similar battery, UPS, inverter, solar, electrical or power-electronics companies will be strongly preferred.
