Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage a team of sales executives to achieve monthly targets in the building material industry.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and customers to increase sales revenue.

- Conduct market research to identify current business opportunities and stay updated on competitor activity.

- Analyze sales data to optimize product offerings, pricing strategies, and promotional activities.

Job Requirements :

- MBA degree or any UG.

- 0-4 years of experience in channel sales or distribution channel sales in the building materials industry.

- Strong understanding of adhesives, paint sales, sanitary ware products.

- Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
