About The Role MRKIIT is a fast-growing local marketplace where people can buy and sell anything easily. Our mission is to make buying and selling easy, fast, and completely hassle-free for everyone. ? Role Overview We are looking for energetic and street-smart individuals who can help grow our marketplace by onboarding sellers and creating listings directly from the field.
This is a high-impact role where you will interact with real users, help them sell their products, and play a key role in building our platform.
What you'll do
- ?️ Key Responsibilities
- Visit local shops, markets, and residential areas to onboard sellers
- Explain the benefits of listing on MRKIIT (free, easy, fast)
- Take product photos and create listings on behalf of users
- Help sellers understand how to use the platform
- Share listing links via WhatsApp with sellers
- Maintain daily activity and reporting
What we're looking for
- ✅ Requirements
- Comfortable speaking in Hindi (Punjabi is a plus)
- Confident in talking to new people
- Basic smartphone skills (camera, apps, WhatsApp)
- Willingness to work in the field (door-to-door / market visits)
- Self-motivated and target-driven
