Role Description The Field Inspection Officer role is a full-time, in office position based in South India. The individual in this role will conduct field inspections at client locations to assess installation quality, compliance with technical and safety standards, and proper functioning of security and automation systems.

Daily responsibilities include verifying system configurations against project specifications, documenting inspection findings, capturing evidence through reports and photographs, and preparing clear inspection summaries for internal teams and clients.

The Field Inspection

Officer will coordinate with project managers, engineers, and client representatives to schedule visits,



resolve issues identified during inspections, and support smooth handover of completed work. The role also involves maintaining accurate records, following standard operating procedures, and providing feedback that helps improve implementation quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Strong field operations and inspection skills, including site assessment, checklist-based evaluation, and systematic documentation of findings.
- Basic technical understanding of security, automation, or embedded systems solutions, with the ability to interpret installation plans and system configurations.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with clients, contractors, and internal teams, and to explain inspection outcomes clearly.
- Solid organizational and time-management abilities, including planning field visits, prioritizing tasks, and maintaining accurate records and reports.
- Attention to detail and a focus on quality, safety, and compliance with company standards and relevant regulations.
- Proficiency in using mobile devices, office productivity tools, and report-writing software for field data capture and documentation.
- Ability to work on-site in varied field environments, including frequent travel within Hyderabad and nearby regions as required.
- Relevant education such as a diploma or degree in engineering, technology, or a related field is preferred; prior field inspection or site supervision experience in technology or security solutions is an advantage.
