- Explain project details, pricing, amenities, and offers.
- Qualify leads and schedule site visits.
- Maintain CRM records and achieve sales targets.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Positive lead management and follow-up abilities.
- Comfortable using CRM and sales tools.
- Prior real estate/inside sales experience preferred.
