We are looking for creative and trend-focused Fashion Designers at Junior and Senior levels to join our design team.

Key Responsibilities

- Create 3-month seasonal mood boards based on fashion trends, colours, fabrics, silhouettes and market direction.
- Develop 5 design concepts with complete tech packs daily for review and approval by the Design Director.
- Incorporate feedback and make necessary design revisions.
- Submit approved designs and tech packs to the Merchandising and Buying teams for further development.
- Coordinate with Merchandising, Buying and Production teams to ensure smooth product development.
- Stay updated with current fashion trends, market trends and competitor collections.
- Ensure designs are delivered within agreed timelines and meet the brand’s creative and commercial requirements.





Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Fashion Design or a related field.
- Strong understanding of fashion trends, fabrics, garment construction and tech packs.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop / CorelDRAW or relevant design software.
- Solid creative skills with good attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

For Senior Designers: Experience in collection development, design direction and mentoring junior designers will be an advantage.
