Position: Farm House Manager

Location: Bindra Farms, Village Kishanpura, Patiala Road, SAS Nagar, Punjab – 140601

Reporting to: Owner/Management

Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Saturday

Role Overview: The Farm House Manager will be responsible for the overall administration and day-to-day operations of the property. The role involves managing a workforce of approximately 50–60 staff members across multiple categories including gardeners, security guards, drivers, laundry staff, chefs, electricians, plumbers, and general maintenance personnel. The position requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to ensure seamless functioning of all services and facilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Staff Supervision: Direct, monitor, and coordinate the work of all staff categories, ensuring discipline, efficiency, and accountability.
- Roster & Scheduling: Prepare duty rosters and shift schedules to maintain adequate coverage across all functions.
- Attendance Management: Maintain accurate attendance records and promptly report discrepancies.
- Facility Upkeep: Oversee gardens, security systems, vehicles, laundry, kitchen, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance.




- Vendor Liaison: Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for timely supplies and repairs.
- Safety & Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety protocols, hygiene standards, and property guidelines.
- Reporting: Submit regular updates to management on staff performance, maintenance status, and operational issues.

Qualifications & Skills

- Graduate degree preferred; diploma in hospitality or management will be an advantage.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in facility, hospitality, or estate management.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and record-keeping.
- Conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities.

Compensation A market-competitive salary package in the range of ₹40,000–₹45,000 per month, commensurate with experience and scope of responsibilities. Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
