- Manage daily production as per planned targets and schedule.

- Monitor stock usage and help prevent pilferage or unauthorized product movement.
- Ensure proper packing, labelling and cold-storage procedures.
- Handle workers firmly, respectfully and without unnecessary confrontation.
- Report production issues, quality problems, shortages, machine breakdowns and staff concerns to management.
- Maintain discipline, punctuality and food-safety practices within the factory.
