Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Experienced Interior Designer based in Bengaluru North.

The Interior

Designer will be responsible for end-to-end residential interior projects, including client consultations, conceptualization, and presentation of design ideas. Daily tasks include developing layouts, preparing design proposals and mood boards, coordinating construction drawings with architects and contractors, and selecting finishes, furniture, fixtures, and equipment. The role also involves regular site visits to monitor execution quality, ensuring adherence to design intent, timelines, and budgets, while maintaining clear communication with clients and project teams.





The designer will collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver cohesive, aesthetically pleasing, and practical design solutions.

Qualifications

- Strong interior design and space planning skills, with the ability to create functional and aesthetic layouts.
- Knowledge of architecture fundamentals and construction processes relevant to residential interiors.
- Proficiency in preparing and interpreting construction drawings and technical documentation.
- Experience with FF&E; (furniture, fixtures, and equipment) selection, specification, and coordination.
- Relevant degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proficiency in design and visualization software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools).
- Strong project management, time management, and organizational skills for handling multiple projects.
- Effective communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to present and justify design concepts.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and ability to work collaboratively in office with multidisciplinary teams.
- Prior experience in residential interior projects in urban markets; experience in Bengaluru or similar context is an advantage.
