Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Life Sciences Sales Director to drive business growth across pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical devices, healthcare, and life sciences organizations. The ideal candidate should have a robust network within the life sciences industry and a proven track record of selling technology solutions, engineering services, digital transformation services, or staffing solutions to life sciences customers.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop recent business opportunities within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, CRO, medical devices, and healthcare organizations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decisionmakers, including VP Engineering, R&D; Heads, IT Directors, Procurement, and Business Leaders.
Drive the complete sales lifecycle, including lead generation, chance qualification, proposal creation, negotiations, and deal closure.
