Educational Qualification
- B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering
- Qualification must be from a recognized institution/university through a regular course.
- Candidates with relevant technical certifications and project experience will be preferred.
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Electrical Engineering.
- Candidates with 5-7 years of experience are encouraged to apply.
- Experience in Electrical Relay Testing / Relay Retrofit / Relay Restoration / Relay Replacement will be highly preferred.
- Candidates having experience in industrial electrical projects, troubleshooting, testing, installation, commissioning and maintenance will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities The selected candidates will be responsible for:
- Execution and supervision of electrical engineering activities at project sites.
- Relay Testing / Relay Retrofit / Restoration / Replacement and associated electrical works.
- Testing, troubleshooting and maintenance of electrical systems and equipment.
- Installation, commissioning and maintenance of electrical equipment.
- Identifying electrical faults and carrying out appropriate corrective measures.
- Assisting in project execution as per approved drawings, specifications and technical requirements.
- Coordinating with project/site teams for smooth execution of electrical works.
- Ensuring compliance with applicable electrical safety procedures and site requirements.
- Preparing and maintaining relevant site records, reports and testing documentation.
- Supporting project-related electrical activities as assigned by the reporting manager/technical team.
- Willingness to work at different project locations across PAN India, as per organizational requirements.
Salary ₹20,000 – ₹45,000 per month
Salary will be determined based on the candidate's:
- Educational qualification
- Relevant experience
- Technical skills
- Relay Retrofit/Restoration experience
- Performance during the interview

Candidate Requirements
- Strong knowledge of electrical engineering fundamentals and practical site work.
- Relevant experience in electrical installation, testing, troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Relay Testing / Retrofit / Restoration experience will be an added advantage.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as with project/site teams.
- Must be willing to travel and relocate anywhere in India according to project requirements.
