Job Summary
The role will support global finance operations with responsibility for employee expense reimbursement, Australian accounting activities, global month-end closing, and financial calculations relating to CIP for R&D; and IT. The position requires robust attention to detail, sound accounting knowledge, and the ability to work effectively across multiple regions and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Handle global employee expense reimbursement in accordance with the Company's Travel & Expense policies, including review of expense reports, supporting documentation, policy compliance, and required approvals.
Coordinate with employees, managers, and relevant stakeholders to resolve expense-related queries, discrepancies, missing documentation, and policy exceptions.
Support day-to-day accounting activities, with a primary focus on the Australian entity, including cash application,
