We are looking for a proactive and research-oriented Canadian Employer Outreach & Recruitment Specialist to identify Canadian employers with active hiring requirements, connect with HR and Talent Acquisition decision-makers, develop employer relationships, and support candidate submissions.

The ideal candidate will combine internet research, LinkedIn outreach, lead generation, recruitment coordination and strong follow-up skills to build a consistent pipeline of Canadian employers and recruitment opportunities.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys researching companies, finding the right decision-makers, initiating conversations and converting employer contacts into active hiring opportunities.

1. Canadian Employer Research & Lead Generation

- Research active Canadian job opportunities through Canada Job Bank, LinkedIn Jobs, Indeed, Glassdoor and company career pages.
- Identify companies actively hiring and map their current and upcoming recruitment requirements.
- Research employer profiles, company information, hiring requirements, job descriptions and recruitment processes.




- Identify relevant decision-makers including HR Managers, Recruiters, Talent Acquisition Specialists, Recruitment Managers and Hiring Managers.
- Generate and qualify employer leads using LinkedIn, Apollo.io, RocketReach, Lusha and other business intelligence tools.

2. Employer Outreach & Business Development

- Conduct professional outreach to Canadian employers through LinkedIn, email and other appropriate communication channels.
- Develop personalized outreach messages based on employer hiring requirements.
- Introduce recruitment/staffing services and identify opportunities for collaboration.
- Follow up systematically with prospective employers and maintain an active communication pipeline.
- Build long-term relationships with Canadian employers to generate recurring recruitment requirements.
- Track employer responses, conversations, requirements and potential opportunities.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
