About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on ELV Service Manager to lead our service team, manage AMC operations, coordinate manpower, and provide technical support to field engineers and technicians.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and schedule the technical service & maintenance team.
- Provide technical guidance for programming, troubleshooting, and site issues.
- Plan manpower deployment, service calls, and daily/advance staff schedules.
- Manage ELV AMCs, preventive maintenance, renewals, and service closures.
- Oversee site surveys, wiring planning, installation requirements, and service quality.
- Handle CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, Automatic Gate Motors, and Smart Building systems.




- Track open service requests and ensure timely closure as per service commitments.
- Maintain service reports, maintenance records, and client updates.
- Handle client communication, escalations, and technical coordination.

Requirements
- Solid practical knowledge of ELV, Automation, and Smart Building systems.
- Previous Manager / Team Lead experience preferred.
- Good communication, problem-solving, and team-management skills.
- Willingness to travel locally and outstation when required.
- Personal Vehicle + Valid Driving Licence mandatory.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹46,000.00 per month
