We would like to hire an electrical Tender / Estimation Engineer ( 2-3 Years Experience ) to join Dhavini Infrastructure Pvt Ltd, Bangalore. The candidate will prepare electrical tenders, quotations, and project cost estimates for solar and engineering service projects.

Review BOQs, drawings, specifications, and project requirements to prepare accurate estimates.Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for material prices and quotations.

Prepare rate analysis, material quantity calculations, and commercial proposals.

Support tender submissions, client queries, negotiations, and project costing activities.

Technical Skills

- Knowledge of solar PV systems and electrical engineering services.
- Good understanding of BOQ, quantity take-off, estimation, and rate analysis.
- Ability to read electrical drawings and technical specifications.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and tender preparation.
- Knowledge of electrical materials, equipment, and current market rates.

Qualifications for the role  Education : Diploma /BE/ B.Tech ( Electrical/EEE/ECE/ Power Electronics engineering

 Prefer : Qualified related work experience

 Should be excellent in communication skills (Verbal & Written)

 Team building and Team leading capability

 Understanding customer project requirements / deliverables.

 Managing projects from customer order receipt to procurement, Engg, planning, manufacturing, site commissioning and hand over and payment collection etc.

 Should have knowledge in EXL Word, Auto Cad and power point

You will have the opportunity to work as a Tender / Estimation Engineer for solar projects and electrical engineering services.



You will be responsible for understanding project requirements, reviewing drawings, BOQs and specifications, and preparing accurate cost estimates and commercial proposals. You will coordinate with vendors, suppliers, customers, and project teams to collect quotations, clarify technical requirements, and ensure timely tender submissions.

You will be mainly accountable for:

- Preparing electrical and solar project estimates, BOQs, quotations, and tender documents.
- Reviewing drawings, specifications, scope of work, and tender requirements.
- Preparing material quantity take-offs, rate analysis, and project costing.
- Obtaining and evaluating vendor/subcontractor quotations and market rates.
- Coordinating with customers and vendors for technical and commercial clarifications.
- Supporting tender submissions, negotiations, revisions, and project handover.

Skills You Have to Deliver:

- Relevant technical knowledge of electrical and solar systems.
- Good understanding of estimation, costing, BOQ, and rate analysis.
- Knowledge of electrical drawings, materials, and specifications.
- Good MS Excel and AutoCAD skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving approach.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, plan work, and meet tender deadlines.
- Ability to work effectively with vendors, customers, and project teams.
