Powercon Control System is a leading manufacturer of LT Control Panels, Fire Fighting Panels, PCC Panels, MCC Panels, Metering Panels, PLC & VFD Panels, ACB Panels, and DG Panels. We are looking for skilled and motivated Electrical Panel Wiring Engineers / Technicians to join our manufacturing unit in Hosur.

Key Responsibilities

- Panel Assembly & Wiring: Perform complete control and power wiring for PCC, MCC, STP, Metering, and Fire Fighting Control Panels.
- Drawing Reading: Read and interpret electrical single-line diagrams (SLDs), schematic diagrams, and control logic circuits.
- Wiring Standards: Maintain neat cable dressing, ferrule tagging, lugging, and terminal connections adhering to standard electrical assembly practices.
- Testing & Inspection: Perform point-to-point continuity checks, insulation testing, and preliminary functional testing before dispatch.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Education: Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (Diploma EEE) or ITI (Electrician / Wireman).
- Experience: 0 to 3 years in control panel wiring, switchgear assembly, or electrical manufacturing (Freshers with good fundamentals are welcome).
- Core Knowledge:



Strong understanding of electrical fundamentals and components (MCBs, MCCBs, Contactors, Relays, Timers, Digital Meters, Selector Switches, and Push Buttons).
