Role & responsibilities
- Assist in installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical systems in the plant.
- Support in troubleshooting of electrical issues in machines, panels, and utility equipment.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance of electrical panels, motors, lighting systems, and control wiring.
- Help in monitoring and maintaining HT/LT panels, transformers, DG sets, UPS, and plant power distribution (training will be provided).
- Ensure protected handling of electrical tools and equipment.
- Follow electrical safety guidelines, SOPs, and GMP standards.
- Maintain proper documentation of electrical maintenance activities in logbooks.
- Assist senior electricians/engineers during breakdown maintenance.
- Report any abnormalities, hazards, or equipment failures.
