Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Electrician with hands-on experience in DG sets, solar electrical systems, and 3-phase electrical connections. The candidate should be capable of installation, operation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, including DG sets up to 250 kVA.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot 3-phase electrical systems and connections.
- Handle electrical installation and maintenance for DG sets up to 250 kVA.
- Perform DG panel, AMF/ATS panel, changeover, cabling, and control wiring work.
- Carry out solar electrical installation and maintenance, including AC/DC cabling and related connections.
- Troubleshoot electrical faults in DG, solar, distribution panels, motors, pumps, and other electrical equipment.
- Perform cable termination, gland fitting, lugging, and panel wiring.
- Inspect electrical systems and identify loose connections, short circuits, overloads, and other faults.
- Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance as required.
- Read and understand basic electrical wiring diagrams and single-line diagrams.
- Ensure proper earthing and electrical safety practices.
- Maintain electrical tools, equipment, and work areas.
- Follow company safety procedures and electrical standards at all times.




- Maintain basic records of electrical maintenance and breakdown activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- ITI Electrician / Electrical trade certification preferred.
- 2–5 years of practical experience as an Electrician.
- Hands-on experience with DG sets up to 250 kVA.
- Valuable knowledge of 3-phase electrical systems.
- Experience with solar electrical connections and installations.
- Knowledge of electrical panels, MCB/MCCB, contactors, relays, meters, and protection systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot electrical faults independently.
- Knowledge of electrical safety, earthing, and safe isolation procedures.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a maintenance team.

Preferred Experience Candidates with experience in any of the following will be preferred:
- DG Set operation and maintenance
- AMF/ATS panels
- Solar PV systems
- 3-phase distribution panels
- Industrial/commercial electrical maintenance
- Cable laying and termination
- Motor and pump electrical maintenance
