Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Electrical Sales Engineer role based in Delhi, India.

The Electrical Sales

Engineer will identify and pursue sales opportunities for radio remote controls, electric chain hoists, and crane safety solutions, including prospecting, client visits, and solution presentations. The role includes understanding customer technical requirements, proposing appropriate configurations, preparing quotations, and supporting contract negotiations. Day-to-day tasks involve coordinating with engineering and service teams to ensure proper installation,



commissioning, and after-sales support, as well as providing technical demonstrations and training to customers and resellers.

The Electrical Sales

Engineer will also maintain accurate sales forecasts, market intelligence, and customer records, contributing to revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Sales Engineering and Technical Support skills, with the ability to understand electrical and industrial control systems and translate them into practical solutions.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication and Customer Service skills to build relationships, handle inquiries, and deliver explicit technical explanations to diverse stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess solid Sales skills, including prospecting, lead qualification, negotiation, and closing, preferably in industrial or electrical products.
- Relevant educational background such as a diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related technical field is beneficial.
- Experience in industrial automation, cranes, material handling equipment, or safety systems, along with familiarity with ISO quality standards, will be an advantage.
