Core Duties and Responsibilities

Candidates must be from Thrissur district

- Maintenance Operations: Plan and supervise daily repair and upkeep activities, prioritize urgent work orders, and coordinate emergency responses to prevent critical service disruptions. [1, 2]

- Utilities and Infrastructure Oversight: Monitor and maintain essential hospital systems, including electrical power grids, backup generators, HVAC units, plumbing, medical gas pipelines, and elevators. [1]

- Preventive Maintenance: Design and implement regular maintenance schedules for equipment and building components to minimize unexpected downtime and extend asset life. [1]

- Staff Leadership: Manage a team of technicians and artisans, assign daily tasks based on skills and priority,



conduct performance reviews, and provide necessary training. [1, 2]

- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all facility standards adhere to health, safety, and accreditation rules (such as local building codes, NABH, or JCI standards). [1, 2]

- Administrative and Budget Tasks: Track maintenance expenses, monitor inventory levels of spare parts and supplies, order replacements, and keep detailed logs of inspections.

Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
